BetterMe Store wants to deliver our products to customers as smoothly as possible. That’s why we’re looking for a skilled supply chain manager to oversee logistics and distribution.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Maintain and update the product catalog with accurate logistics attributes (weight, dimensions, packaging, etc.);
- Calculate shipping costs based on product specifications and delivery locations;
- Prepare and coordinate pre-orders for placing goods in fulfillment centers of our logistics partners;
- Prepare, verify, and organize shipment documentation for international freight;
- Respond to internal logistics-related requests, especially those concerning fulfillment center processing and last-mile delivery statuses;
- Collaborate with logistics partners and monitor key stages of delivery flows.
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience in e-commerce logistics (at least 1 year);
- Solid understanding of order processing in fulfillment centers and last-mile delivery operations;
- Basic knowledge of international shipping processes — from manufacturer to warehouse;
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets);
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience working with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or similar;
- Experience in cross-border logistics or 3PL management;
